A Friendly Divorce is a divorce where the parties are essentially in agreement, or they’re going to reach agreement very easily. One of the key concepts in a Friendly Divorce is that the husband and wife have a lot of trust between the two of them and can easily share information and discuss the issues and work out the terms of their agreement. The difference between that and a traditional divorce, traditional divorce may or may not be disputed or highly conflictual. Many times it is where parties distrust each other and communication has to go through attorneys. In those cases, we offer full representation and we’ll advocate for parties in whatever the situation may be.
